Refund policy

- Refunds are limited to one per customer, on the customer's first order only. Bundle orders (2-pack, 3-pack) count as a single order and are eligible for one refund covering the full bundle.

- Refund requests are processed within 2 business days of submission. The refund itself appears on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product cost only.

- This guarantee applies exclusively to direct purchases made on collagenity.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers (Amazon, TikTok Shop, resellers, etc.) are subject to that retailer's return policy.

- Collagenity reserves the right to verify order details and decline requests where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected. Suspected abuse includes but is not limited to: multiple accounts, address mismatches, repeat refund claims, and bulk-purchase resale activity.

- Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been verified and processed.
